Exceptional price for cozy place. It had absolutely spotless and absolutely spotless room, views of the pool. There was a marble bathroom. Check-in was flexible. Service was attentive as was the late check-out experience. The staff was lovely ; exceptional location.

Wi-Fi was very limited.

a wonderful base for sightseeing in kailua-kona. the bathroom included a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets. the bed was nice. there was a/c.
